1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request returns for most products within the timelines below:

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, skincare with short shelf-life)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, beauty items once opened)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Return shipping is covered by the seller or AfroArise.

Customer Responsibility

If a seller fails to honor a legitimate return request, AfroArise reserves the right to intervene and enforce consumer protection compliance.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipping.

  • Once shipped, cancellation converts to a return request.

EU buyers have a 14-day right to cancel without reason.
